Contractors are invited to bid on infrastructure improvements consisting of mass grading, water, sewer, stormwater, landscaping, concrete, electrical service, telecommunications, broadband and asphalt paving to deliver 53 RV lots along with a business recovery location (Project) for Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Talent (Agency) at its Gateway site located on the corner of W Valley View Road and Highway 99 in Talent, Oregon.  Sealed bids will be received by the Agency’s Executive Director at City of Talent Community Center, 104 E. Main Street, Talent, OR 97070-9465 at or before 2 p.m., May 13th, 2021. Bids will be publically opened immediately following this closing.

This contract is for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 relating to the payment of prevailing wages. Awardee shall substitute and incorporate suitable donated labor and materials into Project construction, if and when received, and commensurately reduce Agency’s Project costs.

 

No prequalification will be required for this Project. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10 am on Thursday, April 29th, 2021. Statements made by Agency representatives at that meeting are not binding on Agency unless confirmed by written addendum. The pre-bid conference will be held at the project site, located at 102 S Pacific Hwy, Talent, OR 97540

Jackson St., Medford, Oregon,97504 between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except during the lunch hour, Monday through Friday and are downloadable from the Agency website at www.talenturbanrenewal.com from the date of this Notice until May 13th, 2021. Copies may be obtained from the Medford Builders, please coordinate directly with them on the cost.
